Le Petit Village: The Family Tree

Here’s it is! I have finally put together the Le Petit Village family tree to show how everyone here is related to everyone else because with the exception of a few, they (and now me) all are…Β β™«WE ARE FAMILYβ™«

. . . . . . . . . .Β

N O T E SΒ

Not everyone on the tree has appeared on the blog before and to avoid explaining who they are now and naming them all(as things would get quite confusing, quite quickly) there are symbols in place of names.
For these men, an XY takes the place of their name, and for the women, XXΒ (for example, Mr. Honey’s brother who is also the father of The Cousin and Baby Cousin is simply noted by an XY). Got it? Good.

A plus sign ‘+’ denotes a partner/spouse

Dashes ‘-‘ denote a sibling Β  Β  Β  Β  Β

Names on the tree have been linked to posts featuring them, in case you are feeling particularly inquisitive.Β

It’s like this… Gregory and The Cousin & Baby Cousin are really only third cousins and through their mothers’ sides, while The Cousin & Baby Cousin are actually first cousins to Honey Jr but through their fathers. And The Croupier is also related to Honey Jr because their maternal grandmothers are sisters. So no matter which way you look at it, everything comes back to Honey Jr… he’s truly the honey that holds The LPV together.
Does anyone have any questions, comments, concerns?

Bisous!

  11. Wow! Great work! It's nice to see it all laid out. But I kind of want to know who the XXs and XYs really are…kind of.

  12. Child Bride!!!! I still laugh at this name. It's really funny to me. Thanks for this family tree. It's not too often that I don't know a “cast member” as I have been reading you for a few years now but every so often, there is a mention and I'm like wait, which one is that? This is super helpful. Thanks for always thinking of your readers!

  13. The Family Tree is really helpful, in one way, but not in another, as I spend ages and ages clicking on links and giggling at your stories. I am definitely able to identify with your story about Mr Honey's accent and the mushrooms…My french seems to be coming on and then suddenly ouf! I don't understand a word someone is saying (or rather, like you, I think no, they CAN'T really be saying what I think they're saying…!) Sigh. I don't have the advantage of French pillow talk either, as Mr FD is as English as I am!

  14. I love how everyone in your family has nicknames, but it's always been so confusing to figure out who is who on your blog, but now we've got the TREE! Awesome! The one that ALWAYS cracks me up is ChildBride. ;o) Does she know that's her nickname here?
