I love nosing around brocantes and vide-greniers on a Sunday morning (though I wasn't there yesterday!). Lovely view of the mountains and lavender fields.

Does les puces happen every sunday in le petit village, or only a few times a year?

Ooo any good finds? Ours is quaint, but has an abnormally high number of lingerie stalls. Perhaps the only way to surprise mon mari on a Sunday . . .

Was it a good one? Next time you must let me know ahead of time. I still don't know what village you're in but I think you're close to me. Really…email me when you have another one. I love them if for no other reason then to talk to the venders. Here's what I found at my last brocante a couple of weeks ago.http://www.libbywilkiedesigns.com/2011/08/fabulous-find-from-aix-en-provence.html

It looks like a giant parking lot. That's insane. This picture reminds me of what it is like around the Horseradish Festival here every summer.Yeah … Because that didn't make me sound like a hoosier.http://www.glamkittenslitterbox.com/Twitter: @GlamKitten88

I wouldn't think anything about this if I hadn't seen the contrast between the two pictures – craziness!
